Solidere International Limited was established in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) on June 7, 2007. Its capital amounts to US$700 million. Its object is to leverage the brand name, know-how and established development processes of Solidere to identify, promote, purchase, invest in, develop, market and manage real estate projects in the Middle East and the Mediterranean Basin. The Solidere International portfolio of projects includes Al Zorah Project, Ajman, UAE; Sheikh Zayed Project and Katameya Project, Cairo, Egypt. Among the projects in the making is the Bodrum Project, Turkey. The company in partnership with Vinci, France, submitted in March 2008 an offer for the Monaco Urban Expansion and development at Sea. Several opportunities were also identified in Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Qatar and Montenegro. Link to Al Zorah
